My space-clearing process is designed to support peace, neutrality, and market readiness within a property. The goal is to help a home feel settled, welcoming, and conducive to sale or occupancy.

The process includes:

  1. Initial Assessment (up to 30 minutes)
    I conduct an investigative assessment of the space to determine what is present and what type of clearing and blessing is appropriate. This assessment guides the approach used and ensures the work is focused and efficient.
  2. Clearing and Blessing Ritual
    Based on the assessment, I perform a customized clearing and blessing. The method and style vary depending on the nature of the disturbance and the history of the space. The work is respectful, contained, and non-disruptive to the property.
  3. Treatment & Maintenance Guidance
    After the clearing, I provide written maintenance instructions to help keep the space balanced and clear going forward. This is especially helpful for homeowners, sellers, or agents managing ongoing showings.

Time-Frame

  • Total time on site: approximately 1 to 1½ hours, depending on the size of the property.
  • I charge a flat rate based on 2 hours of service to allow adequate time for assessment, clearing, and documentation.

Special Circumstances

In some cases, more severe disturbances may require additional time to resolve fully. When immediate removal is not advisable or practical due to the need to continue business operations, I provide clear, practical instructions for managing the space peacefully until further work can be completed. This ensures that the sale process can continue without disruption.

Fee

  • $300 flat rate (covers up to 2 hours of service, including assessment, clearing, and written maintenance guidance)
